The firm was established by attorney Gil Krakowski in 2009.

 

Prior to establishment of his firm, attorney Krakowski was employed at the M. Firon & Co. Advocates & Notaries law firm for a period of 3 years. Subsequently, he decided to extend his specialization into the field of public law and spent the next year working at the legal department of the Prime Minister's office during tenure of the former Prime Minister, Mr. Ariel Sharon.

 

After leaving the Prime Minister's Office, attorney Krakowski returned to the field of civil law and worked at the Fischer Behar Chen & Co. law firm for an additional four years.

 

Ever since leaving Fischer Behar Chen & Co., attorney Krakowski has been determined to establish his own law firm which would specialize in real estate law and would be based on the extensive commercial and professional knowledge and experience which he had gained over the years.

 

Ever since its establishment, the firm has been providing legal services in a variety of matters associated with civil-commercial law, primarily accompaniment of large and complex real estate ventures including sales and purchasing of luxury houses and apartments in Israel.

 

The firms distinguished clientele includes leading corporate and private clients from Israel and a substantial number of foreign clients who are involved in various real estate ventures in Israel.
