Gil Krakowski

 

Attorney Gil Krakowski is a graduate of the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya and holds a double undergraduate degree in both Law (LLB) and in Business Administration (BA) with specialization in real estate.

 

Attorney Krakowski is an expert in civil-commercial law and specializes in Israeli real estate, including management of large scale and of complex ventures.

 

As part of his services, Attorney Krakowski is required to provide continuous legal advice to his regular clientele among which are leaders of the Israeli economy and foreign investors who are involved with the Israeli real estate market.

 

Within framework of such services, attorney Krakowski represents his clients from the early stages of project due diligence, conducts negotiations on their behalf, and accompanies the proceedings right up to final signing the agreement and completion of the transaction as required.

 

In the past, attorney Krakowski also served as staff-member at the junior teaching staff of the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center Faculty of Law .

 

In 1999 he was employed as a pre-specialization intern at the law firm of Reuven Shankar & Co. Subsequently, from 2000 to 2001, he continued his pre-specialization at the Osnat Bachar Canbal & Co. law firm.

 

Between 2002 to 2004 Krakowski was employed as full time lawyer at the M. Firon & Co. Advocates & Notaries law firm after which he spent an additional year at the legal department of the Prime Minister's Office during tenure of the former Prime Minister, Mr. Ariel Sharon.

 

After leaving the Prime Minister's Office, attorney Krakowski returned to the field of civil-commercial law and worked at the Fischer Behar Chen & Co. law firm for an additional four years until establishment of his own office in May 2009.
